On-Site Projects --
On going staff development makes the difference. CLC can provide tailored, continuous staff development for your educators. We will assist in planning, designing, and teaching your preferred course. Our consultants will guide you as your staff development plan unfolds. This can include on-site visits for observations, parent meetings, demonstration lessons and faculty celebrations to supplement on going training.

Programs for Trainers --
Training of a special group to teach other educators is a model that can work for you ! CLC will provide this training to meet your needs. Included with the course content, we provide tips for delivering a quality presentation. Also learn to be an effective presenter. This group then has the resources and the knowledge base to train others.
